Gorgeous Brazilian designer Simone Coste takes a unique approach with her designs. She employs stones mined in Brazil, quartz, onyx, chrysoprase, amethyst and others and instead of merely mounting the stones in gold she employs the stone as the sculptural idea for the ring, letting the marketed serve as an inner support. The impression is attacking, however maybe a tad bulky on the finger. But in a world full of plans that appearance increasingly indistinguishable it's refreshing to perceive someone stair out in a fresh direction. The ring shown here sells at Barney's for $4,275.
